Write The Task, Not Just The Feeling
Start with what you were doing. Write the walk, errand, appointment, house task, travel day, or movement that stood out.
Then write what felt different, what rest was needed afterward, and whether the same thing has happened before.
Keep Movement Near Rest
Movement notes are more useful when they include what happened after. Did you need rest? Did energy change? Did the evening feel different? Did the next morning feel different?
The task and the response belong together.
Keep The Language Practical
This does not need to become a fitness journal. It does not need to measure progress. It only needs to keep the daily function details available.
